6 more days...
...until Uncle Jordan comes home!!! He was supposed to come back from Ireland the end of June, but they asked him to stay 6 weeks longer. We are all so excited! Missionary homecomings are always something to celebrate about, but this one is different. This will be the first time EVER that Randy and Lecia's children will be in the same room together. I'm not exaggerating. Let me explain...Dan went on his 2 year mission. Mike left for his mission a year after Dan. Andrew left 2 months before Mike got home, and Jordan left a year after Andrew. Benji was born between Dan getting home and Andrew leaving, while Mike was gone. For those of you who aren't LDS, when young men turn 19 they are encouraged to serve a 2 year full time mission for the church. They are not paid, and there are strict rules and guidelines for missionaries. Dan served in Brazil, Mike served in Taiwan, Andrew served in Pennsylvania, and Jordan served in Ireland. My older brothers also served missions in England and Venezuela, as well as my dad in French-speaking Canada. Missionaries are allowed to call home only on Mothers Day and Christmas, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Randy and Lecia were able to talk to Jordan once or twice immediately following Kelsi's fall to make sure he got comfort and accurate information. Please be patient with our excited count-downs!! This is going to be a very special weekend!!

Wow, two years can really fly by when it's not your son, can't it?!?! Very exciting.
Hey, just stopping in to say hi. Everybody missed you in Halo 2 last night. We were thinking of starting our own clan and leaving Teem Nasty. hehe. Sarge was asking me about you and why you weren't on. I explained the thing about the "Sabbath" or whatever other line of nonsense you fed me! (Just kidding! =P) He kinda chuckled. Well, hope all is good in your neck of the woods. Peace.
