This is Jayden on Trash Day. The boy LOVES cars, trucks, airplanes, trains...you name it... so, on Wednesday mornings this is what happens. Daddy leaves for work, and Jay waits for the 3 different trucks that come by. He commentates on what each truck is doing, what color bin they are picking up, and he counts the bins, too. I was watching him one day and it reminded me of Aggie, and her self-designation of the Neighborhood Squirrel Watch, only Jayden is the Trash Commentator.

I'm laughing out loud. If he starts chasing squirrels, you know you are in trouble. Andrew used to love cars and trucks. He spent hours with a Tony's Pizza truck that Grandpa Don and Grandma Helen gave him. I remember him scooting around on his Little Tykes scooter, dragging his leg in a cast on the sidewalk until he wore a hole in the heel of his cast. Man, I can't get over how keep up with Jay, Karah, Rylee, and Megan can transport me back to the precious days of my own kids growing up. Thanks for sharing.
